Ronnie Brewer for 3/12.5. Seems like a very reasonable deal. I'd love to make a deal for Rudy F now and let them fight it out for the spot.

Now that's what I'm saying! Either one of them coming off the bench is great. Unless Brewer vastly improves his 3pt shooting I think if we got Rudy he would start. That would be fine b/c our bench would have Brewer and Taj as defensive stability and Korver for deadly shooting. That would be a roster on its way to a championship! More complete than the Miami HATE!

Thank God...anything but Larry Hughes. I'll take his defense and run with him...

Good signing. I would have loved to have him and Reddick, oh well. I'd like to see us sign another SG who can shoot the 3 not named Pargo. Korver is our only proven 3 point shooter on the roster so this still needs to be addressed.

Hopefully we resign Miller and resign Acie Law or another PG and we will be set to go. I am really liking our team going into this year if we stay healthy.

Eddie House is a name that's been thrown in the mix the past couple days. I wouldn't be adverse to signing him, especially if it's the vet min, but I'd honestly like us to try & trade for another 2 or combo guard. We should just do the Grizz a favor & trade our Charlotte pick & maybe a 2nd rounder for Henry's draft rights. It boggles my mind how Heisley is gettin his panties in such a twist over 300k. We have 300k, we'll gladly take him.

I actually like Brewer a lot next to Rose, I think he's the ideal sort of SG on the team, someone who can take the best offensive player and provide great D on them. With starters minutes and us projecting to be a top defensive team I think he's a shot of stealing Thabo
s spot on the all-D team.

The problem of course is we have no shooting from the SF spot. Deng really needs to step it up. Right now our shooting looks like it'll come from Korver, as yet un-named backup point, and James Johnson. TT has a hell of a time trying to build a rotation that keeps one of them on the floor most of the time, especially as none of them will be starters.

I wonder if we could convince Deng to take a 6th man role? He plays the majority of the minutes, but Korver gets the start at SF?

The more I am thinking about this move the more I like it. Ronnie Brewer is going to fit this team very well. He will play great defense and will play above the rim, a quality we havent had in the 2 spot since MJ. Rose should be able to creat opportinuties for Ronnie, better than Deron Williams, because of how much more explosive he is and how much he draws the double team. Dengs a good shooter, overall also, which should help us spread the floor a bit. I think our system will help create for Brewer and his defense could make us one of the best defensive teams in the leauge. Let's go out now and get a nice backup for rose. I wouldnt mind a combo guard, who could hit the 3. Get a bit more depth downlow and your pretty set (Brad Miller anyone). I like how this Bulls team is shaping up.

I really don't understand why they can't get this Henry deal done either! He would be a nice addition for us if we could swing a trade for his rights. This guy can flatout shoot the ball!
