Who do you think will make the all-star team in the East???

Do you think Rose makes it this year???

Here is how I see it:

Undeserving Guard(Iverson)/Rondo/Rose
D-Wade/J-Johnson
LeBron/Pierce/G-Wallace
Garnett/Bosh
Dwight/1 of Horford/Lee

The whole thing really sucks coz Iverson will most likely make it unless Stern on purpose rig it.

But this is how I see it happen.

Rose should be able to make it this year.

I don´t think he will be in the starting lineup but he should definitely be picked by the coach.

Beside Devin Harris he is the only PG in the east who deserves it.

Only problem could be Iverson.

i dont think devin harris is playing good enough this year to make the team, not like last year when he would drop a 30 and 10 game every week. rose is definitely more deserving than devin harris (not that its devin's fault, with the injury and the horrible team situation and whatnot)

rondo, as much as i hate the bastard, definitely is one of the top pg's in the east and maybe the league. but he can go to hell.

I think Rose should make it. I think he needs a few more big games in the next few weeks but he should make it. He doesn't deserve to make it but who is better in the east? Harris has sucked so far, Gil won't be allowed anywhere near the game, rondo doesn't have impressive numbers, jennings has really tailed off, caldeon sucks and mo williams isn't an all star.

Devin Harris??? That is so last year man.

Harris has been really up and down and at times simply awful this year.

I think BOTH Rondo and Rose should make it this year - they are both 2 best PGs in the east this year. Especially with Arenas getting suspended.

Also, to add: We have couple of Nationally Televised games this month (vs Boston & vs Suns). If Rose continues his play and play even better on the nationally televised games, then it will be a good thing for his popularity and chances of being picked for the all-star game.

Hopefully we don't get blown out in those 2 games.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
I bet Rondo will make it. He's clearly the best eastern conference PG this year. Harris has been erratic. Calderone hasn't sucked, but he's been injured lately. Mo Williams might get it because he's on the Cavs. Rose has the best case of the aforementioned 3, but the Bulls' crappy record might hamper his chances. AI is going to start because of international votes unless he gets injured.

Generally not many players on teams under .500 make it unless they're super-stars.

So I think Mo Williams will make it over Rose because of team record. He's also shooting 45% for three which makes his scoring a heck of a lot more efficient than Rose. Rondo is leading the league in steals and is third in assists. Again the team record probably gets him in over Rose despite not being much of a scorer.

I think if Rose started the season putting up 20+ PPG and getting to the line rather than just the last few games then he'd have a chance despite the team's record. But he just didn't start out well enough and that's going to make the fact the Bulls aren't a good team too much to overcome.

If Iverson is out with his injury I think that helps rose a lot. He really deserves to make it over Mo Williams.
