It's linked to spicy foods.

Apparently Rose has some really bad eating habits...crazy how good he is anyway. What if he had a proper diet? Maybe he could go higher...xD

That's funny. He's only 22. Hopefully he plays tonight, and I also hope Howard doesn't injure him again

i think his ulcer has something to do with taking medications for pain.

He has been playing like a beast and his body is banged up for sure. He may be alleviating all those body pains by taking pain medications however even simple drugs (like aspirin) can irritate your GIT if taken regularly. And eating spicy foods will really aggravate the situation.

just my opinion.

^^^^

yeah its totally the meds. these guys pop ibuprofen like they are M&M's. Spicy food did not cause this, but it doesnt help once the ulcers are formed.

That would be my guess as well. We know he dealt with a sore wrist and ankle for a good part of this season.

He needs to stay away form NSAIDs and find a painkiller that won't hurt his stomach, or make him groggy. You would think he would be getting the best of medical advice at this point.
