Turnovers getting worse.
Good thing he took 18 months off...

It's tough to balance it really. Rose does need to play with confidence even if he's playing like crap. Conservative Rose doesn't help him get back to NBA MVP form. His turnovers will go down with the next couple weeks when he gets comfortable again. When he finally starts getting some foul calls at the basket, his FG% will go up. His shot will come back. He shot it well in preseason so we know it's there, he's just got to find that rhythm at 100% speed again.Rose needs to start passing the ball and stop hogging. Boozer should have been playing more in The 4th qtr. He is the only consistent scoring option right now.
But you see, the truth is, the season was over when John Paxson commented in a recent lowkey interview that his big plan this season and the upcoming summer are to set himself up for the draft................
The draft....... The draft.
not a star!

NBA players typically reach pre-injury form two years after ACL tears, regardless of when they step back on the court. I've always penciled in the all-star break as Rose's true return to pre-injury form.
CP3 didn't even tear his ACL, but was not himself until two years after his torn meniscus. He was still good, but was a shell of his former self.
If you guys think Rose looks bad now, just imagine if he would have came back last season in the thick of a playoff race & the actual playoffs. He would have looked horrible trying to keep pace with playoff speed, even worse than he's looking now trying to keep pace with regular season speed.
A championship was not in the FO's plans last season, considering the moves/non-moves that they made. There is a case to be made that a championship is not in their plans this season, considering their "prize" off-season pickup was Mike Dunleavy.
