BULLS: Rose selected as finalist for 2010 USA World Championship Team

Rose and the selected USA finalists will reassemble in New York City to resume training and to take part in the first-ever World Basketball Festival, a four-day celebration of the game’s performance and culture hosted by NIKE, Inc. and USA Basketball in New York City.



The only way he would have been cut, is if the staff felt his play style wouldn't be effective against FIBA teams. Congrats so far, Derrick!

That team does not look as great, in years. But, maybe that's because not as many big names. However, the team looks great with all the young talent.
