I don't agree with any of these. The only one id consider would be removing the trapezoid to protect D-men but no-touch icing would take care of a lot of that anyway.

I don't want to see two line pass come back in any form.
The less stoppages in play, the better. In the example Bowman gave- all the opposing team needs to do is cut off that long pass.
