Rumor: Hinrich and Tyrus for Bosh

According to this guy, it was said on Boers and Bernstein that Bosh could be traded to the Bulls for Kirk and Tyrus.

I'm still working to confirm that it was actually said on the show.

There is no way there can be any validity to this rumor though. I mean how dumb would Toronto's front office have to be to take this offer?

If we get Chris Bosh for Thomas and Hinrich, that will be the biggest steal in NBA trade history.

Nope, this one is much more of a steal.

In this trade, we're able to get rid of a bad contract in Kirk Hinrich in the trade. In the Gasol, LA gave Memphis expirings, and a good young prospect in Marc Gasol.

I'd do the trade in the heart beat but I don't see what we have that Tornoto wants. I mean the only thing I can see making it happen is Noah being involved.

Yup, no chance.

If Bulls do a trade for Bosh, it's going to be something along the lines of Brad Miller and Joakim Noah. Raptors aren't taking on a bad contract and a guy that is up for extension at the end of the year as their prospect.

Bernstein brought it up at the end of the program without saying his source. He and Boers have "guys" in certain organizations...both say they have "guys" with the Bulls. So who knows where it came from...but he threw it out there and then questioned the trade by saying why would the Raptors do it.

I believe they would take Tyrus but I don't see why they take Hinrich. They have Calderon and Jack...Jack is a pretty good player actually. If anything like this happens, it happens in February...

I would love this but I don't believe any trades until all players have taken physicals and it is a done deal. Especially lopsided trades like this one.

Its not a trade, its a rumor. No one said it was even remotely close to being done, we were discussing the aspects of it.
