You have to give Stalberg a qualifying offer if only to retain rights for compensation if he signs elsewhere -which could mean that no one is instrested in trading for him.

Stalberg most likely wont be an everyday player, but a filler if injured...makes his offer a good one IMO, because we either get a cheap filler option, or a draft pick if he signs elswhere
