Ruuuuuun Forest! If I can swing a donation, I'll visit the website again. My oldest daughter who is now 27, was nearly three months premature and had some mild issues with epilepsy as result of that. Awesome cause, I wish you luck on the run!

Made it through my first marathon. I look pretty funny trying to walk today.

There's still time to donate!

Thanks

Congrats Frank!

I was downtown for the ND game at Soldier Field and we stayed at the Hyatt McCormick. We could not get out of there due to roads closed for marathon. LOL

Congrats on finishing, hope you saw me waving from the chair on my balcony while eating a McGridle.

Congrats on finishing your first marathon! Don't worry the pains will go away in a few more days. Just let the recovery happen while still doing light warm ups and stretching. Fluids for sure.

The knee pain is gone, which was the most severe. Now it's just delayed onset muscle soreness. I'm used to that and have had that a lot worse from weight lifting, although rarely in my calves and quads at the same time.

I hate nothing more than when the calves have knots. Glad to hear that recovery is going well.
