Well Im glad he thinks they can be anybody....cuz I sure as hell don't.

Good to see confidence though...they will need to bring their A games come playoff time.

More-so than in the regular season, having a good coach can be a huge advantage. We'll be at a disadvantage every game because our coach has no play off coaching experience.

It's nice to hear that he is confident, as I hope the entire team is filled with confidence heading into the playoffs, but once the game slows down and teams begin to grind it out and commit hard fouls, we'll most likely fold.

Besides the obvious players that we need to have huge games like Rose, Salmons, Gordon etc, it's our young bigs in Noah and Tyrus and their play that will be the difference between a sweep or a potential second round birth.

"I wouldn't want to play us" that's classic.

I guess that's what we should want our players thinking and saying. this is definitely a different Bulls team. Especially with the way they've been playing at home.

We know they won't win a series against these three, but now at least I think they can be competitive. Or at least I expect them to be.

The team is 14-10 since the trade and 11-1 @ home which is pretty impressive. If we close out winning all 4 home games that will be 15-1 to close the season out at home. I don't see us winning a series but if the top 3 come in thinking it's going to be a cake walk it won't be

Exactly.

I would be happy if we can make it a 6 game series by winning 2 home games in the playoffs.

I would call it a big success (speaking of this season).

I like that attitude and hopefully the entire team is thinking that and play with Pride and anger and kick your butt attitude.

Hawks win in OT...

... they also realize it's the playoffs and play up to the intensity they should be. If the Canucks had 26 more hits than their regular season average last night, Hawks need to ramp it up too.

LETS GO HAWKS!!!

Me feels like we need to win game 2. I don't think the Hawks right now can afford to go down 2-0 to this Canucks team.

Call me crazy.

Something tells me the Hawks are going to come out flying, and chase Luongo out of the net by the second period. Hope I'm right

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks

I think he'll be chased, and ejected, when Toews skates behind him and Yells, "HEY LUONGO! GINA SUCKS PUSSY I KNOW! SHE'S A DYKE! A LESBIAN, A LESBIAN!!!" Meanwhile, on the bench, Keith asks Seabrook, "If she's a dyke, does that make him a ***?"

Humor aside, all factors being equal, even if SuperDave is sill out and Pisani is in in leiu of Kotex, I sill like our chances. Play like we did the last two periods, and even with Keith's obligatory passes to nowhere, if we get the bounces we should be fine.

I think they played pretty well save for the first...no way over a 7 game series will the bounces continue to go Vancouver's way...and if they do, oh well it wasn't meant to be.

2-1 Hawks

They need to quit being so careless and shoot the puck instead of passing it so much. Give Crawford some support for a change.

The Hawks played decent in the part of the game I watched but no finish. I just don't have a great feeling with Bolland and now Kopecky out. Will Pisani do anything? Any of the third and fourth line guys? If they do the Hawks could win if not they won't.

Really need a win tomorrow in Vancouver. I am expecting big things from Kane, he had many opportunities to set up his linemates or shoot it and he kept forcing things with wild saucer passes, and over analyzing plays it seemed. Also a great save by Luongo with the waffle board kept him off the score sheet. I think Kane will be huge tomorrow and I cannot wait to sit and enjoy.

Also, Ben Smith, Gordie Howe hat trick.

I thought that when Kopecky got checked last night the guy made a great effort to rip his helmet off and raking his bad ear. Perhaps a coincidence but it sure worked.
