I've been meaning to post this for a while, this site is easy to use and works!. Simply click on state then city, and you're done. The only time it doesn't accurately reflect price is when they go up daily...like right now around Chicago. In that case, you may find tonight's pricing not the same by tomorrow morning.

I just use one of those savers card things at the grocery store that gives me 3 cents off every $10 spent. On monday I got 25 gallons of gas for a little over $40.

Which store is that? Most I see is 3cents off of every $100.00 spent

I check gasbuddy. Anyhow, in addition to comparing prices, knowing which supplier to use is important too. It will be the difference between 3mpg, which is worth paying more for. Most people assume all gas stations of the same company use the same thing, but it's not always true. Also, know your compression ratio, as that is the only way you'll know if you're using the correct octane rating.

If I recall correctly from an older thread, we are to be avoiding the use of ethanol...yes?.

In most cases, yes, I think so. But it seems like the biobutanol chain is being branded as an ethanol additive(which is a good step up from ethanol, and should be cheaper to maintain and manufacture.) Biobutanol is also potentially better than conventional gasoline on all levels.

The ethanol lobbyists were going hardcore on saving ethanol earlier this year. I think part of the reason why, was because the blends have gotten slightly better, making it easier to sell to investors and legislators. Maybe one day the hype matches the real world results. For now, I still avoid it.

I should have said every $10 spent at the gas station. I have a different card for the grocery store and I think that one is every $100. But they both work at the same gas station.

To answer the question, it's any KW Mobil in the Rockford area.
