Scape goat

Just reading the different threads this pre-season it seems like Bickell, Stalberg or Montador are the front runners for team scape goat. I myself have not been all that impressed with Olecz so he'll be my whipping boy this season. Anybody else have a player they plan on dissing before we have even started the season?

Leddy, not me personally, but I think people will start complaining about him again, he's looked very very good so far, and I think the expectations are very high, still if he doesn't win a Norris... he'll be a wash out.



The three you mentioned about, 4 including Olecz are definately going to be (rightly) scrutinized all year. It's the second tier players that are going to make or break this team, no one is doubting how good the stars are.



Olecz, again I don't have any expectation of him or how good he could be so anything we get from him will make me happy even if it's just the press box.

My scapegoat is going to be PATTYCAKES. Its CLEAR that Scooter does not know what he is DOING. Has he not seen that KANE has already PEAKED and that his trade VALUE is quickly diminishing??

Bickell, that shithead. I remember a play in the last game that he turned the puck over in our zone, intercepted a pass at our blue line and then got his pocked picked by a Wang for a shot against.

oh no O'Donell will be the overwhelming scape goat as far as blueliners go. not so sure why people are on Montadore already. Guy hasn't done anything in pre-season that has my fingers on the trigger.



Think there are just a lot of expectations for these new faces. I think Brunette will be used as a scape goat also by many.



As far as Bickell goes? Well he is expected to up his game. I expect him too and the team will depend on it. He's going to have a lot of eyes on his this season. He will get lots of whips.
