We'll see. I like to get input from the team losing the player before celebrating. A lot of times what may look like a good signing on the surface is a bad player that another team is offloading or not offering a contract to.

TSN, Dregger, Mkenzie, and a slew of other "experts" are very high on what the Hawks just did. The Veteran Depth was sorely missing last year.
We'll see how camp goes but today looks pretty productive from Stan. With all the High $$ running around out there he was able to get some Vets, Experience, Grit and desire to help this team win with KEEPING a shit load of Cap space.
Not sure how many teams spending rediculous money can say that today.
Shame getting input doesn't translate into making the person smarter.

Well...he "called it" last year...on 11/6 - 16gms in when the Hawks were 8-7-1 - playing 16gms in the first 30 days.

Decent signing. Like the vet presents although I don't think this team needs it that badly (the core has been there done that they are wise beyond their years).
Like that this team gets more physical with O'Donnell and Carcillo. Should be an entertaining team this year. Got scoring, got defense, got goalkeeping, got some hitters. What else do you need?
Guess this is hints that Campolli isn't returning..which slightly disappoints me. I will get over it.
