He's pretty honest and forthright which is frankly refreshing. It's only Semi-OT because it's encouraging how much Justin Fields seems to understand the solid advice that Ryan Leaf says towards the end. Justin Fields is putting in a lot of work on his brand and getting to that 2nd contract:

Agreed. He could try to blame alot of other people but he put it on himself, which is admirable.
