Should Wesneski be starting instead of Taillon?

There must be an explanation why Taillon is allowed to start instead of Wesneski. Why don't the Cubs let the young kid master his craft with eye on the future and put Taillon in the pen as reliever?

It's called $68 million. Another "intelligent" signing by Deadhead Jed... it's the kind that get GMs fired. We can only hope....

He is by far the worst on the whole pitching staff. Was terrible with Pirates and Yankees as well.

Why Jetro signed him is mind boggling! He (Taillon) must be his relative, the only explanation I can come up with.
