Simple preseason hype and hope

If the offensive line is better the Bears will be better.

If the defensive line is better the Bears will be better.

If the depth in the secondary is better the Bears will be better.

If the running game is better the Bears will be better.

If Caleb Williams is better the Bears will be better.

If the coaching better is better the Bears will be better.

That's a lot that has to get better and play better together for the Bears to be better.

That's why most of us are not ready to proclaim them as going to make the playoffs.

If you don't get wasted on the weekend, it's a wasted weekend. That was my college mantra. Not applicable to me nowadays or this thread, but I digress.

OK, I will add one more applicable to the thread:

If we score more points than the other teams, we will win more games.
