Slight Adjustments

I re-arranged the team forums a little bit. For some reason I had the Blackhawks on the bottom below White Sox. So I moved them up a little bit so it would make more sense alphabetically. Plus it was more active, so it should have been a little higher.

Bears
Bulls
Blackhawks
Cubs
White Sox

I also made it so when you go to the Bears forum....the Bears banner shows up. When you go to the Blackhawks forum, the Blackhawks banner shows up. Just a cool small addition. This will entice guests a little more with the variety in graphics

Figured NFL, NBA, NHL, then the two Baseball teams would be solid enough.

Took that out because some people who selected a skin to use globally didn't want it to change.
