I honestly believe you are correct, unfortunately. That will be the only option, if the Line can't help generate pressure at times on their own. Unfortunately like you said, this will increase the chances of big plays and with our ugly tackling and cover, I think there will be more big plays fr the opponent than us stopping them. Unless we are playing the Jaguras, Raiders, and Rams.

Well other teams surive blitzing so it is what it is. One thing I will say is that if you look at the Pitt game, a lot of the big plays including 2 of Antonio Brown's TDs, the DBs were right there. It wasn't that the DBs got beat. It was that Brown just made two great catches despite good coverage. Sometimes you just gotta tip your hat if the WR makes a play. I would prefer a WR making a great play in single coverage over these wide open plays they seem to be getting in Cover 2 now.
