It actually did go down the last week or whatever, we got gas for like 3.60 up in Wisconsin and I was fucking blown away. What do you expect on one of the busiest travel weekends of the year?

I could have swore they release the strategic oil supply, which no matter where the price per barrel goes, will bring it down significanlty in the next month or so. I would assume the price per barrel will go up and down over the next few weeks in order to compensate. Depending on how much they release the price per barrel should back fire on Oil producers.

They did, and prices went down 30 cents a gallon where I live. they were pushing 4.49 and went down to 4.19, they are back up in anticipation of the long holiday weekend, this always happens. We won't know anything really until after this weekend. It was convenient that they released them and gave relief just in time for prices to "justifiably" shoot back up for this weekend. I bet they never go back down to where they were when the reserves were released.

They were estimated within a month to six weeks to go down over a dollar. It will take some time to feel the full benefit. Of course they will rise over the weekend but depending how pissed off the Gov becomes they can **** with the industry on and off for the next year or so. The Oil Companies will be the ones to push back and really, they already look like shit in the eye of the consumer so do they care?

Gas is down roughly 20 cents since the last time I filled up. It is 3.43 and i filled up at 3.60, if it went any higher I was going to start sucking dick for gas money.

Theres a an hour long discussion on it Sunday morning. The plan, at least then, was to continue releasing oil. They have 4-6 month supply, as well as refilling the supply going forward.
