As I've said before, as a result of the way everyone blasts everything they say and do (no matter what it is), I root for the Heat anytime they aren't playing the Bulls.

As I've said before, as a result of the way everyone blasts everything they say and do (no matter what it is), I root for the Heat anytime they aren't playing the Bulls.

To be fair, they brought criticism upon themselves when they teamed up and when Lebron said they would win 7 championships. However, they NEVER deserved the media attention they got, and continue to get.

I feel the same way about the Heat as I do the Celtics...Hate them b/c they're the competition.

I really just like 1 team, the bulls. I try not to like another team in the same conference as us. consequently, i like a few teams out west. The darlings of the nba, okc and the clippers. When GSW and pheonix has it going on, they're fun to watch.

I don't hate the heat, but i dont like them.

On the other hand, they had just signed a huge deal, they got all excited, the fans were excited...they just got carried away like a lot of us would have done in that moment.

If James came to Chicago I can see them doing the same thing and Bulls fans eating it up just like Heat fans ate it up.

I sat down and thought about it. Really considered it hard. Weighed all the pros and cons...but I've decided I'm just going to stay where I am for the time being.

Miami's a different place than Chicago. Miami's a different place than Boston or New York or Los Angeles. It's just different.

It's more relaxed down there. There's obviously a very large Cuban population, which is great, and there's just a different vibe there.

They aren't following a team just as Bulls fans are or as Celtics fans do but they show their support in different ways.

I lived in SoFlo most of my life. The Heat "fan base" is as pathetic as it gets. I guess it's not their fault though. It's not like many people are from Miami or south Florida in general. Theyre all transplants. The fans are fake, they hop on and off the bandwagon and aren't knowledgable of basketball. It's like that with all sports with the exception being college football and i guess the dolphins.

Yes Miami is more relaxed because a large population of the people there are retired and very wealthy. There's beaches surrounding them, beautiful Latin women and they aren't bundled up in multiple coats and jackets, miserable from the cold weather.
