5. When calling 911, the very first thing you should do is state your location. Cell phone triangulation is imperfect, and sometime landline info is out of date. The moment an operator has an address or intersection, the police can be dispatched.

Either that or just inform them that you are white and not, I repeat, not black.

And all this time I thought I invented the no splashing method.

You could also to the no water method:

1. Fill up the toilet with enough paper to clog it.

2. Flush.

3. Put in just a little more TP to soak up any remaining water. (be sure not to flush this time as it will bring more water)

4. Release the beast. Warning: the smell is instantanious with no water to mask it.

5. Wipe and leave your gift for the cleaning crew.

This is quite the conundrum, for if you are Black, then you wouldnt be calling the Police to begin with. :troll:

Here's a couple oldies but goodies.

Pop or other vending machines.

1. Put a wide piece of clear tape at the end of a dollar (front and back)only covering the white outer boarder. Make sure the tape is as long or longer than the dollar.

2. Holding end of the tape, put the dollar in the slot and make sure the whole bill gets inserted.

3. When it gets to the part you are holding, quickly pull it back out, bringing the bill back out with it.

4. Choose your beverage and press the button.

5. Collect your free beverage and change.

6. Put your taped bill back in your pocket or repeat steps 1-5 untill your bag is filled with pop cans and your pockets filled with change.

Gumball or candy machines:

1. Grab the rotating handle.

2. Rapidly turn it left and right and watch as the candy just pours out.

Its that simple.

Unfortunatly none of these still work.

Dollar slots on vending machines are much stronger now and will tear your bill if you try to pull it back out.

Gumball/candy machine handles aren't as loose and easy to turn so it doesn't work unless you find a much older machine.

Sorry for wasting your time with outdated hacks.

If you ever gain access to a flux capacitor though, you should try these out.

Here's a no longer viable one I created in the Snes/Genesis days.

1. Rent a catridge based game.

2. Using needle nose pliers, take apart the plastic casing.

3. Remove the game chip.

4. Replace it with old atari chips or useless circuit boards pieces and return it to video store.

5. Place each game you aquire in an envelope and label it.

6. Take the screws out of your least used game, use that casing as your master cartridge, and enjoy your new questionably aquired game catalog.

Or if time travel is not your thing, just live in the present and get yourself some emulators and roms.

I would buy up copies of duck hunt+super mario carts for 50 cents at the flea markets before funcoland opened, and replace them all the time as a kid. That is until I learned how to program eeproms, then I just cloned games.
