The list of teams looking to move up or down on draft night continues to grow with several trades expected to come in the next few days.
Sources say the Philadelphia 76ers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers, Toronto Raptors, Chicago Bulls, San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets and Oklahoma City Thunder have all held discussions about moving picks on draft night.
The Pistons, Spurs, Nuggets and Thunder are trying very hard to move up. Detroit wants a big and they're not confident that DeMarcus Cousins will slip to them. San Antonio, Denver, and Oklahoma City would likely be satisfied with late lottery picks.
Several teams, such as the Memphis Grizzlies and Washington Wizards, have been mentioned as possible sellers. Sources say the Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks are among the teams interested in buying one of those late round picks.
The Orlando Magic have been mentioned as a potential seller but general manager Otis Smith recently told the Orlando Sentinel that he will keep the 29th pick.
With so many teams looking to move around on draft night, expect several deals to go down in the next few days. Several reports have indicated that the first deal could go down as early as Tuesday.
Talks are heating up and things are about to get interesting!
