Yeah with him being a FA after this season, thats odd.

Unless we sign him for the sole purpose of trying to force him to contract Dunn's Slump Virus. Or to dissect him and better understand the anatomy of a Sox Killer.

you do realize that the feud between ozzie and KW all stemmed from thome right? KW wanted him back, ozzie wanted a rotating DH and an extra arm in the pen.

I kind of like this move. Dunn isn't doing anything this year, so let him get some rest and be ready for the next season. Kubel will be good on the Sox, I hope.
