Spam should be gone

You guys will have the chance to stop reporting spam threads because I just limited them. Downloaded and installed a permission based mod that limits the creation of new threads by users. You must have 1 post to start a thread in all forums besides the introductions forum. Since all spam came in the form of new threads, it should be gone now

Also I changed the registration question up a bit so that should help as well.
