Helicopters are rotary wing aircraft and airplanes are fixed wing aircraft. Supra you lose.

Let's also keep in mind it may not always be a helicopter that is patrolling up and down that stretch of road. It could be a Cessna 182, a Huey, an ultralight, some dude that had a big ass rubber band, and so on.
