That is a helicopter not an aircraft, fail.
Last time I checked a helicopter was a type of aircraft.
That might be so but I never hear them referred to as aircraft.
They are considered rotary aircraft.

For the 15 years that I flew on helicopters, we always called them aircraft.
Although the video was funny I am quite disappointed as I thought for sure I'd get to talk about airplanes in here. Oh well I'll go be my aviation nerd self somewhere else.

Dont care, you dont count only my rules count.
Let's also keep in mind it may not always be a helicopter that is patrolling up and down that stretch of road. It could be a Cessna 182, a Huey, an ultralight, some dude that had a big ass rubber band, and so on.
