I've always liked the idea. I just don't know the legality of it, how to impliment it exactly, and if agenda driven posters are able to keep things on topic.

I get the concern about the legality of it, I kinda figured that's why this wasn't a thing in the first place. What about making it a donators only forum?

As far as "agenda driven posters" and/or staying on topic... if that was a genuine concern of yours, the regular user base here would be smaller by a sorta-significant margin, as that happens in nearly every forum section on CCS. How about just taking a user's access to that forum away if they don't want to talk about something to do with sports betting, advice, who their picking etc?

I'm sure Silences would be willing to mod that forum.. he's always talking about betting on scores and covers.
