BNB is a Rep system abuser? IDK, the limits have been around for some time. It's just so people don't stalk and spam reputations. They aren't real high limits, just enough to keep people from dislike and +rep bombing. Plus, doing either is pretty useless, because it just takes a few clicks to erase a few hours of work trying to abuse the system. LOL
