If you're concerned about the fullness aspect, then I suggest understanding how the receptors inside and outside of your stomach work. High fiber foods, like kale, spinach, broccoli will help you feel full. Oils, fats, and dairy will confuse your receptors.

I eat a lot of foods that I may not particularly like. You'll get over it, and you'll actually start to like fruits and veggies more. If you don't get your nutrients from their hexagonal sources(naturally, not supplemental) you're going to have irreversible problems down the line with your health. With the amount of added engineering in today's food, it's not like the older generations that at least grew up with a majority of their foods being organic.

everything you eat isnt supposed to be very enjoyable. food is just fuel to keep you going. if you really want to eat better you are going to have to eat some stuff you may not like all that much.

I basically started w/ a basic salad, then added everything I DID like to it. Lettuce, Broccoli, Spinach, Tomato, Onion, Peppers...and just enough ranch to taste it, not to where my salad was swimming in it. A salad like that is big enough to fill you up, and the broccoli/spinach/etc. will keep you feeling full until the next meal time.

Also, learn to eat healthy snacks. Not cheese and crackers...but an apple, or carrot sticks.
