I think to start the game, they should run a play action and sling it deep. Don't give a shit whether it gets picked, thrown out of bounds, dropped, or completed - they will need to show a deep threat. They will probably be facing man coverage with no help over the top. Need to take that shot early.

Chances are it will be a run up the gut for -1 yards. Will take a sack on 2nd for 4 yards. And will throw a 5 yard underneath route for an easy 3rd down stop.
