What world is Tracy McGrady living in exactly? If they pass up on him one year ago partially because of the wear and tear of his body then that is not going to be any different in a month or in another year from now. I think McGrady would definitely want to take a supporting role, but his defense is diminishing and so is his athleticism. He is not a dependable player for many games/minutes anymore.

yeah I don't get why the Bulls would suddenly be interested.

I mean, T-mac wasn't bad last season with the pistons. He did some good things.. in spurts.

But I don't see him helping the Bulls at all. And if he does, it won't be much help.

I'm indifferent.

Maybe he'll turn out like Grant-Hill, who worked to change their durability through hard work and diet. Maybe not. We'll see. He wasn't terrible last year for Detroit, but anyone who thinks he's going to contribute a lot to this, or any team, is fooling themselves. He is a 10-13th man.

T-mac played pg last year. He needed half the year to get healthy but the 2nd half of the year he played pretty good. He isnt a good fit in Chicago unless he is just gonna back up Rose. He lost his athleticism and much like Vince Carter showed last year once guys like VC and Tmac lose their athleticism they lose their game.

Meh. I'd take him to replace Bogans still. He still has offensive talent (though obviously nowhere close to what it once was) and an offensive mindset, something that our SG position lacks. I wouldn't want him playing major minutes, but <15-20 I think could work. Whether he accepts that role is another thing entirely. And whether this actually comes to fruition or not is also another thing.

This would have been awesome like 8 years ago. T-Macs fall off was as bad as any ones.

You aren't kidding. I really thought he would pan out and be one of the top 5-10 in the league for a while. He dropped like a lead balloon.

Honestly, I think I'd rather keep Bogans and/or Korver than get McGrady. And Brewer is definitely better at this point.

Man, Iverson would be a better answer than McGrady for sure. Not that, that situation wouldn't have its flaws...

He's probably better than McGrady right now. Not by much, but neither would be an upgrade.

That article s a complete joke....everyone knows that's bullshit.......Tmac is not going to be a Bull....he should go and play overseas, the Dleague or just make special appearances on pros vs joes............He's done.........

The truth is that THE BULLS WILL BE SIGNING JR SMITH as soon as the lockout ends....This is a fact in the future...I saw this in the future with my own eyes......
