I grill all year round, but I want to get some more ideas from board members on some of your favorite things to cook on the grill.

I just recently cooked up a pork tenderloin with a rub that I bought from a meat market in Elburn, and it turned out fantastic.

I need some summer ideas.

No matter what you grill, be sure to always throw on a bunch of veggies in tin foil with butter and such... always something to put them on. Onions, peppers, mushrooms if you like that sort of thing. Other than that, I would love to have my grill back, had to give it up when I moved to my current place, then found I it was my landlord rule not the building. FUO(SYJNLS FLJS

I want ribs. Sounds weird but we started doing Pizza's on the grill, It started with the freeze dried lou malnati's for tailgating but we started working it different ways as like an oven... You could try that if you are in the mood.

Kebabs. Some prep work, but we let everyone build their own kebab. Chicken, sirloin, shrimp, zucchini, shrooms, onion, green and red pepper.

Ribs or brisket in the smoker.

Beer can chicken in the smoker.

Then the usual variety of dogs, burgers, brats, kiolbasa ect....

I want one of those ceramic smokers I've been seeing at Lowe's.

I have a Brinkmann dual zone professional charcoal grill. It is perfect for indirect heat grilling, as well as using it as a smoker. My fave to cook is babyback ribs, low and slow, aboot four hours. I have also done beef brisket and also prime rib roasts, and also an ocasssional turkey. I too like Mass, like to do veggies in foil. It is much better than boiling them, as you retain all of the vitamins and protiens that are lost.

I can grill chicken tits pretty well. Get nice grill marks, nice and juicy,

Garbage potatoes are a favorite. Dice some potatoes(from golden fingerlings to purple ones), some cheese, whole chunks of garlic, cut up bacon maybe some olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, throw on grill, flip a few times then eat. Potatoes are ummy, the bacon makes everything awesome, and the garlic cloves are sweet and like butter.

Has anyone tried suckling pig on the grill? Not common in the States but it is standard fare in other countries. Always wanted to try it. Have no idea where I'd even get one too do it.

PETA would probably have a cow.

Think the wierdest thing I've heard of is armadillo, which is actually somewhat common in South Texas.

Just brined some pork chops the other day for about 4 hours, rinsed them, then threw them on the grill with a rosemary and basil rub... then basted with bbq sauce while cooking.

They were fantastic.

We've been doing pub burgers or chicken pretty much once a week too. I'll have to try that lime chicken sometime, sounds like it would be pretty good with some grilled green onions and guacamole.

My brother smoked some excellent pork butt for us on sat. It was very good, I love meet that doesn't need any extra sauce or anything added and stays super juicy.

Chicken tits marinated in zesty italian dressing and stuffed with spicy italian sausage and asiago cheese. Zuccini, green and yellow and pea pods dusted with basil and garlic salt.
