Imma need a nice brekkie 2mow. Everyone likes a nice Sunday morningish meal and I would guess ppl would like a Sunday brunchy thread to talk brekkie in

Honestly tomorrow I dont think I'm feeling like going out for bennies or Greek ommies and spending 1000 bux after bloody Mary's and lunchies thereafter. Gonna just stay home

Thinking of making some chilaquiles midwestern style.

I have a bag of crinkle cut fries

Roasted hatch Green chili pepper puree

Lots of eggs

Lots of white cheddar cheese

Bacon

I am gonna deep fry the fries. Make a mornay with the cheddar. Eggs dropped into the sizzling hatch chilies.

Lots of Bacon crumbled on top of

(From bottom up) fries, salsa eggs, cheddar cheese sauce.

Brekkie thots ITT

Sounds great. For the mornay do you always use a roux? I used to but now I go with grated cheese, beer, and sodium citrate, it's a lot easier, faster, less expensive, and more healthy, as if healthy is something we all look for in a cheese sauce.

Let this homo explain.
