Definitely up there. Arrested Development, while it has been over-rated in recent years, is still the complete package.

Britcom, very easy to watch for Americans. I'm kind of surprised that there isn't an American remake.
Edit. I should say, easier to watch for Americans, than any English show I can ever recall. Maybe Top Gear is better, but just as a sitcom BB rocks.
