This story alone is enough to remind me why hockey is the only sport worth my time and effort to watch. It remains one of the only sports that has any amount of honor and to never forget where you came from.
I do not, and will not watch any other sports because their athletes that partake it in (stereotype incoming) are poor human beings who would be doing nothing if it was not for their sport.
Props to Kan and the organ-i-zation and may hockey always remain this way.
