I am sure I am the only one that thinks this.

But Cohen IMO "could" be a liablity in this offense.
I notice that Nagy likes this guy in screen situations.

Cohen IMO is a "Gimmick" player.
Who does a lot of flashy juke moves that really won't gain too much.

I am hoping that Nagy does not keep attempting to do these gimmick plays to Cohen just to keep in involved.

I would rather just give the ball to Howard via normal running instead of those Gimmick plays.

In the second half against GB. Those little screens got shut down.

Cohen's running style is perfect for a screen pass. Problem was it was called too much (in the opener) at the wrong time, there needs to be the right sequence of successful plays that set up the success of a screen pass.

Good "problem" to have.

I agree with your statements.

My concern is that Nagy might be tempted to run these plays a lot more.
Due to the possible "up side" of juke and break free.

If he does this. I see more wasted plays vs the gains we will get out of it.

The Cohen problem I see is the QB height vs the defense height vs Cohen's height. There was the long pass last year that would've been a big gain but over his head. There was one last week that was over his head.
The temptation to make the pass is going to be there but the logistics of throwing the pass will often require it to be too high for that WR = wasted play.

Trubisky may get it figured out. Or it may end up being a problem used like he is.

Well, you saw more garbage plays to Taylor Gabriel than you did to Tarik Cohen. At least Cohen proved last season he can make people miss. A lot. He forced the 3rd most missed tackles in the NFL if I remember correctly.

Also, the reason you saw the play calling in the second half take a nose dive was because Nagy kept playing small ball. The problem with only playing small ball is that if you're not loosing up the defense with deep and intermediate passing then they will cheat towards the line of scrimmage and absolutely shit on everything you're doing up there.

Surprising that the level of cunting by the resident moronic meatballs has reached critical mass in a few short days since the actual premium posters were released...

If we're lucky they'll all be gone due to blood loss before the game tomorrow night.

Come on.. I am sure you have better goodies than that.

I am sure you have racial slurs, gender slurs, old people slurs, cripple people slurs, drunken f u slurs and more.

I want some of the real name calling.
I am not a professional name caller like you.

So I am sure you have better than that.

Have you found any "name calling" yet.

I'll wait here.
