Well, we have a craft beer and a coffee thread why not a tea thread. A few of my go-to's are echinacea/elderberry and kava.

I usually brew 2 bags of kava tea(Yogi brand) in the morning before I go to sleep. That and a melatonin knock me the **** out

I save the echinacea/elderberry tea for the times when everyone in my house is sick, so I don't get sick. A few bags brewed and add a little raw honey have saved me quite a few times

Anyone else?

I, uh, just drink green tea usually.

My parents have some fancy teas, I have no idea what any of them are.

Love tea. Even love many herbal infusions that people call tea, but aren't actually tea.

My favorite is gunpowder, loose leaf, not bagged. It's actually cheaper and the same amount of work to go the loose leaf route. Not to mention, much better flavor. Just like Americans were late to the higher quality arabica coffee trends, they are late to tea trends as well.

Snapple Diet Tropa-Rocka is execellent. Also like Snapple diet peach tea. Not much on hot tea.

I don't really have a brand recommendation, but I would stay away from any blends, or added flavours. Try just straight rooibos first, add milk or sugar as you like. If you like it, experiment after.

Just made some chai. It was one bag of kava tea, one bag of turmeric tea, a spoonful of raw honey, a few droppers full of some weird immune support from whole foods, & topped off with raw milk. Will definitely drink again
