Stalberg with a Hat trick....check that with 6 goals.

Why stop at 6? Make it 8, new NHL record.

Bad feeling here as well. Could see the Hawks take their foot off the gas in this one. Probably see Emery?

Stalberg is due for a 6 point night.

I actually hope Craw starts this one Emery gets the Wangs. Not as if the Wangs are any better than the Bluejackets these days.

Hope it's an easier win than against Dallas. This of course depends that the Hawks show up and play instead of expecting that the win will be a given.

i dont understand that argument rosh. hawks showed up against the stars but some goalie had their number for two periods. that happens. a team that doesnt show up would have stopped playing. out of the four games played thus far i havent seen one game where the hawks havent showen up. have their been early season mistakes? sure..but show me one team thats played a perfect 60 minute game so far. hawks record right now in all categories shows that they are showing up.

I was more thinking that they might get too confident and think they can half-ass against a team that is considered weak. So far they haven't looked like they have taken things for granted. Although last year there were times where they played down to their opponents level and made it hard for themselves.

I really want a good ol' thrashing.

It would be a complete joke if the Blackhawks lost today.

Corey Crawford is getting the start (possibly against the Wings too) and Steve Mason is getting the nod for the Blue Jackets. There's no excuse to lose this game. I can see this one slipping away fairly quickly and see a bloodbath.
