Thanks to IL Play, do the White Sox turn it around?

With the Sox being 6-3 in IL play, is this enough for them to turn the Season around?

I checked this morning and the last 162 games against the NL in inter league play the White Sox are 97-65. I am not going to say that the White Sox should play the NL more. But could you imagine if IL play was done in April? The White Sox would jsut about always get off to a hot start and then let the chips fall where they may.

This year the Sox have lost the first game of the three inter league series to date to go and win the final two of each series. Will this be enough for them to turn it around in 2011?

2nd best record in interleague play behind the yankees.

4.5 games out

2 games under 500

look where we came from since the may 3rd thread

adam dunn has been brutal
rios has been brutal
the bp in the beginning was brutal
bacon has been brutal
peavy likes to argue and go on the DL
gavin floyd poops in his pants alot
john danks rought start to the season
probably the worst starting schedule in baseball

but yet we are still a cum shot away.

these so called bad teams in the AL central....anyone besides KC probably is in the top 2 in the NL central and that includes the twins.

It could give us a boost, but the fact still remains that we need Ws against the division to truly be a contender for the Central. Going 0-fer against the Twins and winning only once against Detroit this year isn't going to get it done.
