I hate turkey.

I hate visiting one side of the family.

I hate the arrival of winter.

I hate the Lions and the Cowboys.

I hate driving 2 hours one way to eat bland food and hear the bullshit family member have to say, bores the **** out of me.

I hate how Thanksgiving is just a big tease for a real holiday like Christmas or New Years. Also it is just a let down from my favorite holiday in Halloween.

I hate Thanksgiving.

Keep the Pumpkin Pie, exchange the Turkey for a juicy rare strip steak, ditch the family for non-related friends, replace the Lions with the Bears or how about a Blackhawks game. Ditch the shit weather for beach season. Then you have a holiday in my book.
