what is the best big 3 we've ever seen? maybe we can rank them. here are my nominees in no order as of yet.

1. Jordan, Pippen, Rodman

2. Erving, Malone, Barkley (under-rated!)

3. Barkley, Olajuwon, Drexler

4. Garnett, Pierce, Allen

5. Olajuwon, Barkley, Pippen

6. LeBron/Wade/Bosh

7. West/Chamberlain/Baylor

8. Monroe/Frazier/Reed

9. Russell/Cousy/Havlicek

10. Bird/McHale/Parish

11. Magic/Kareem/Worthy

i dont even think you can put up there lebron and the douches yet. they havent really done nothing.

let's wait until their entire lineup is well (no Miller, no Haslem).

They'll be great in time. Not now. But eventually.

i dont even think you can put up there lebron and the douches yet. they havent really done nothing.

well, we will see.
so long it hasn't looked so great. wade and lebron dont really seem to be working well together since they are both ball dominate players. actually, the heat have been better when either wade is out and lebron is in, and vise versa.

i just hate them too much, and hope they never win nada.

Isn't that a little unfair? They played on the same team.

How many rings do Magic+Abdul-Jabbar+Worthy have combined? 15?

I'd take the 80's Lakers' core over the 60's Celtics' one any day of the week.

if they played against each other i'd agree with you...i guess it's hard to look at this without taking eras into perspective...the sheer dominance of the celtics big 3 in the 60s is pretty convincing...and those are three sure fire HOFers....but i see your point because of how basketball had advanced a bit by the 80s....Russell vs. Kareem i think Russell would have a wee bit o trouble
