After the double doink when every media outlet/experts etc claimed that all the Bears have to do in the offseason to be SB contenders in 2019 was get a damn kicker.....and here we are ....all set at kicker finally (Santos has been money in the bank) and we have major questions going into the offseason on both O and D.....
