We are on pace for 41-40 wins, that does not get you a guaranteed playoff spot in the improved and superior western conference. We are allowing almost 10 more shots on goal per game this year compared to last season. With the stability Marty Turco brings in net I think once Brian Campbell returns and settles our defense down we will show we are still a top 3 team in the west.

Coach Q might finally be giving Jack Skille the minuets he deserves as he has a new look in the lines at practice today.

Sharp - Toews - Skille
Stalberg - Bolland - Kane
Brouwer - Kopecky - Hossa
Pisani - Dowell - Bickell

Who knows what we will see tomorrow but I like the idea behind the new look, sucks for Hossa playing with two players that have stone hands but he has been creating for himself all year and he has good chemistry with Kopy. Now only if he would scratch Scott for Hendry...

Not very well, but there much more meaningless faceoffs that occur during a game than meaningful ones. He won't be out there for meaningful ones (well, he shouldn't be); I'm not overly concerned about his faceoff abilities as it really shouldn't come into play.

Did ya notice the numbers Sharp was putting up with Kane and Brouwer--oh the "finish" those two have brought thus far this year? :nope:
