I'm sorry, but this series is done. I'd love to be wrong on this but I don't see how they can win.

1. They can't defend the refs calling touch fouls, limiting their aggressiveness

2. Derrick Rose is being Houdini instead of Poohdini in the 4th quarter.

3. The need for another scorer is becoming glaringly obvious.

So, I don't see it.

Good analysis. For all the gloom and doom predictions, if the Bulls win Game 4 they will be in good shape. The Bulls haven't played great in the postseason, but they haven't really played terrible, either. As has been expected, the officiating has been terrible, but I think the Bulls can overcome the officials if they either force turnovers or shoot better. It seems that by the time the 4th period rolls around, the Bulls are in foul trouble and Miami can get easy points by getting to the line.

I thought Miami made some good adjustments by keeping LeBron on Deng and using Haslem more. I don't know if the Bulls need to make any adjustments...they just need to play a tad bit better.

I agree...it is what it is at this point...the Bulls have too many one-sided players. They have to fix that over the summer...

Can't play better if they are in foul trouble every quarter. Can't play better when your best player is nowhere to be found in the 4th quarter. Can't play better if you're defending shots down to the end of the shot clock and they still make shots out of nowhere.

Bosh is getting easy shots and abusing them in the post.

Boozer is trash on defense and only gave us one good game and it still wasn't enough.

Asik is a question mark if he'll be effective if he plays.

This is getting ridiculous, and the fouls don't help, especially when they are swallowing their whistles on obvious contact on our end. I have no problem admitting when the Bulls commit a foul as I do it all game, but to not call them on the Bulls end is being blatantly biased.

Can't defend free points and the last two game, the refs are making sure they get theirs. From calling touch and ones, to getting the Bulls in the penalty early, Miami is getting a ton of free points.

There's a first time for everything. My guess is that the Bulls are going to lose three straight in this series unless something drastic changes. I couldnt even watch the damn game because a twister knocked out my power.

A win in game 4 will turn things around for the Bulls but they have to play smarter. They can't jump at pump fakes. I think they need to tweak or ditch the pick and roll, too.

It'll just delay the inevitable. This series is over, the better team is getting jobbed and are not being allowed to play aggressive defense like in Game 1 where there weren't many foul calls on either side.

The Heat made the right adjustments after Game 1 and resulted in 2 straight wins - one on the road and one at home.

And you want to say the Bulls don't need to make any adjustments, just make more shots? Yeah, they need to make more shots, obviously. But they need to make some serious adjustments to get those shots. There are reasons they aren't shooting well - Miami is MAKING them not shoot well. If they don't make the adjustments for Rose on the pick and roll they'll continue to lose. That's only one of their many problems.

Rose, against Miami, has 28, 21 and 21 points.
Bosh, against Chicago, has 30, 10 and 34.

Rose is your #1 scorer...Bosh is Miami's #3 scorer - although this playoff he's looking better than a #3. You've got serious problems surmounting well beyond just making shots. If all Thibodeau does is tell his team to practice shot-making and hope to make more shots during the game, have fun losing playoff games faster than Obama's losing Israel's trust.

Maybe I'm missing a post ogf his somewhere but is JWBII really trolling? I haven't seen him baiting anyone or saying anything that isn't untrue. In fact in one of the threads he made the best points about adjustments the Bulls have to make.

The Chicago fans here are IMO acting butthurt right now because of the recent losses. If the guy starts acting like an asshole or something, sure ban him..but for now I really don't see him doing anything wrong.
