Well we didnt quite get LeBron or Bosh, but we got our #3 target in Boozer. Our #4 target was Joe Johnson, but simply put he just took the money and stayed put ( I would too if I were Joe Johnson).

The Bulls are in a good position, but providing the Knicks dont suddenly acquire Chris Paul, i think they are in good position for the #3 seed. They should lock up the central division with ease.

Yeah the Central Division should be pretty much a lock. I still think the Bucks are gonna be fighting for it too. Pistons are a sleeper also. Forget the Cavs & Pacer for now.

The Bulls' #1 and #2 guys they wanted were James and Wade. Boozer was the #3 guy... Gar Forman was saying that Boozer was the #1 PF that they wanted to go after.

And Chris Paul is likely staying right where he is. The Hornets would be morons to trade him. And if he actually becomes a Knick then they better get Amare Stoudemire in return.

You know im pleased with our offseason! Would of ofcourse been estatic with one of the big sharks but we still have a very very good team! It wouldnt shock me if we went to the finals but im not counting on it. We are a top 4 team in the east. We have added a good post PF, best shooter, good upside in Brewer and a break out role player back up PG in Watson. The kid has good skills. We added rebounding to an already top rebounding team and added attitude with Thomas and add that to Noah and we will be a rough group. We wont get the spotlight but we get our respect by winning

We as fans definitly can hold are heads high. It's been a fun one so far...only a couple more slots to fill in on the team & we're set!

Well, we weren't getting either of the big three either way it went, looking back on things now.

I say our off-season has been hugely successful and surpassed my expectations. They addressed needs, filled gaps, cleared space and made wise signings by not over-paying players. We as fans have nothing to be down about. We have a Central Division title coming back to Chicago, a possible and most likely deep playoff run; and who knows, if the Unholy Trinity suffers some injuries, a possible Finals appearance isn't too far out of the question.

It's going to be a great season.

you know, we've got one of the deepest teams in the league now. a legit starter and legit backup at every position except for shooting guard. and that's yet to come. plus one of the best 11th men that we could ask for in kurt thomas.

NO roy, culbertson has NOT suffered enough!

I always said that whether we got any of the big 3 or not, this off-season would be a success. We have a legit starting 5 and at least 3 players who can contribute off the bench. We've got insider scoring, outside shooting and Rose/Noah should be better. I am very excited about this team. This Miami situation just sucks though.

Mediocrity is behind us, IMO.

You can't not be happy. Everyone in Wisconsin at school ridicules me because the Bulls didnt get any of their big guys, but the biggest difference was that The Bulls already had their good players to build around(Noah and Rose) whereas everyone else(except Miami...technicaly) was looking for a Bosh, Wade, James to build around. SO when the bulls finally got their low post scorer and their sniper from the outside and then a defensive minded gritty player like brewer, we automatically got better. Anyone who is naysaying this offseasons is dense and should go cheer for...the Clippers, or Nets. Or Flint Michigan Tropics.
