Was looking forward to Gipson having a comeback season for the last few weeks but now I'm bracing for disappointment as you are literally the kiss of death for any player you've ever smashed a soap box trying to waddle onto soapbox for.

Terrible article. Didn’t read it but I know I’m 100% correct
Actually, if you read the blog post, all OP did was cite to another person's work product, then restate it without adding any analysis of his own.

So really OP plagiarized a decent article written by someone else.

I didn't read it, but is it this one (that I just came across myself outside of this site)?

Oh that's a relief! So basically you're saying Gipson still has a chance?

Personally, I think Gipson will have a better opportunity with interior linemen that require 3 to block 2. I have a lot of hope for the DTs we drafted. I, however, don't have any additional analysis to add, and so I wont make a post restating what someone else produced and claim it as my own.

That's the one! Really it is an interesting stat to consider. OP could have just made a thread here and posted this link to instigate a really good conversation. I know I would have appreciated that.

Gipson is nothing more than a depth/role player

I mean you’re probably right….

But his 2021 pass rush was pretty good. And he did switch schemes which sometimes messes guys up for a year. I would not be surprised at all if he bounced back with a 7-10 sack season. That sort of thing definitely happens with young pass rushers. But the odds are much greater your OP is correct.
