excerpt:

This morning, I arrived at the office and tried to do exactly what Carlos Boozer does everyday when he goes to work. First, I began the day by providing my management with an artificial sense of hope that my performance would be amongst the top 2 in the company. Then, I began exhibiting a strong sense of enthusiasm by talking a lot, socializing with outsiders, and praising my workmates in front of others as if I were setting a leadership example.By mid-day, when I ran into more sophisticated competition that took me out my comfort zone, I began failing – repeatedly – and did the only thing I knew how: I screamed loudly to give everyone the impression that I was working harder than I actually was, and once management caught on to my game, I took a backseat watched as my less talented, but more passionate and harder working coworker, finished the presentation that I had originally started. Finally, at the end of the day, I approached management and requested a portion of my 16 million dollar annual paycheck.

It didn’t work for me and it shouldn’t work for Carlos Boozer. Most importantly, it won’t work for the Chicago Bulls.

What a fucking Idiot who likes to ***** the Bulls have more than one solid #2 option(Unless Deng's legs fall off from overuse)

You dont know how lucky you are to have a #1 which is impossible to get unless you get lucky or suck like OKC did to get Durant.

yes that is what I mean very hard to get you guys didnt even tank like most teams.

you had >2% chance of winning that is lucky at the right time. It could of been the John Wall draft instead the kid is god awful he needs help at the pg spot he has no clue how to play pg he is just a good athlete at this point in time I am rooting for the kid. Buliding an NBA team you have to have breaks and Chicago has got them none bigger than getting Rose who was a no brainier over Beasley. Rip Hamilton buy out was another nice one.

But Deng is a very solid #2 option he was a good pick Noah is a very underrated C very good defense and sets hard screens a very valuable trait the Bulls have a champonship caliber roster they just have to play there best ball vs at the right time this year. I always prefer C like Noah the guys who do dirty work and dont need plays called for them Hibbert drives me nuts not a fan of skilled C's unless they are really skilled and also can do dirty work which Hibbert can not. Hibbert hasn't set a good screen in his whole tenure in Indiana.

Boozer is another solid #2 he benefits from playing with Deng and Noah who hide his flaws but he is a great offensive player and a good rebounder the Bulls have tons of weapons and have a Championship type team.

not a bulls fan lol...ya the bulls didnt have a great chance to get the #1 pick

lol dont rag on wall....he's had a bad start to the season..in his rookie season he averaged 16 and 8....thats better than rose did his rookie year...difference is wizards are a pretty bad team....and wall is a ridiculous athlete but still needs to improve shooting and not turning it over

he's not god awful...and he definitely knows how to play PG

But Deng is a very solid #2 option he was a good pick Noah is a very underrated C very good defense and sets hard screens a very valuable trait the Bulls have a champonship caliber roster they just have to play there best ball vs at the right time this year. actually noah has some skill..he's a great passing big man...he doesnt have much offensive skill other than that though...more of a clean up energy guy with good IQ

on the flip side i dont think he's underrated...he's not just supposed to be a guy who sets screens..he's also a guy that was supposed to emerge as an offensive threat..and he hasnt really..still more of a cleanup

deng's more of a #3 imo..i think he's probably a 2 on a lesser team but he doesnt have the offensive skill set imo to be a consistent high teens low 20s supplemental scorer for rose...

i mean when's the last time a team has won a championship with a #2 like deng? i would argue even last year terry was a better #2 than deng(and terry is probably the weakest 2 on a championship team in a while...before that you had gasol,garnett/allen,ginobili/parker,shaq when he was still pretty good,a GOOD rip hamilton, young kobe, pippen, old robinson,

i think you have to go back all the way to olajuwon in 93-94(this is partly why i think olajuwon is really underrated)

you need a good #2 to win a title...only way you dont is if you have either a really really solid and well coached team all around(dallas) or you have someone that is completely dominate on both ends

i think the latter may apply to rose..but i think he still can improve as a passer, improve his post game, and improve his defense

Boozer is another solid #2 he benefits from playing with Deng and Noah who hide his flaws but he is a great offensive player and a good rebounder the Bulls have tons of weapons and have a Championship type team.

he's not a bad offensive player..but he's quickly aging...he's injury prone and his defense sucks

he's a good rebounder...but even that is noticably declining....

i dont really think deng and noah hide his flaws....i think noah actually amplifies them

at this point in his career...boozer is not a solid 2...he was in utah but he is not anymore
