'Bout time. *Exits thread to see KO's current stock price. They have the canning/bottling facilities already in place. The delivery mechanisms and all the relationships in the world. This appears to be a slam-dunk, no brainer. It's only in Japan now, but if it takes off there, it's only a matter of time until here.

An alcoholic soda is not going to replace Beer. An alchosoda sounds terrible tbh. I can't remember that last time I drank a pop.

Look at Mickey D's. It doesn't have to taste good or be good for you to make billions. It's all brand loyalty, marketing dollars and infrastructure.

I may buy a share or two.

I'm sure there is a market for it. I think it sounds awful. I just think it's funny how the title of the article said it would replace beer. The craft beer industry is going bonkers.
