The first preseason game wrap up

The Bulls went against the Bucks, and it was simply awesome to watch basketball again. Sadly, I had to watch part of the game on the stream which killed my analysis a little bit. Still, with some early looks...

Cool's thoughts:

Rose - looked awesome. Didn't attempt 3s (maybe 1?).

Deng - went 1-3 from 3pt, but he was all over the place. It looks like we will see Deng of 06-07 version under Thibs.

Noah - IMO, he didn't look all that good. He really needs to bulk up.

Gibson - He isn't all that good. Doesn't look to be improved much. Hope his back is okay.

Korver - this guy will be a good role player for us. I like to see him with Rose more.

Bogans/Asik - Didn't like them much but I don't expect much from them either.

JJ - STILL SUCK.

Watson - had mixed feelings about him. had good and bad moments.

Thibs - really liked the defense and offense - it's just beginning.

Overall, for the first pre-season game, they all played rather well together. Of course the best on the court last night were arguably Rose, Korver & Deng. Thibs has got them moving well! This will be an enjoyable season for me as a fan. Glad its kicking in already.
