Who is it on? Jesper Horsted (87) or Lachavious Simmons 73?

It is on Fields and the C. Neither check the D before the snap. If they had, they would have noticed the LB inching up and either slid the protection or more likely given there was only 5 seconds, Fields would know he has to throw to a hot route.

Yep. That guy is Fields responsibility if he comes. Has to have and throw to a hot.

To reinforce your point. He's as brutality honest as it gets with his opening remarks and tells it though his eyes. I know everyone has high hopes for Fields and rightfully so but there are simply certain things he'll have to learn the hard way. It's all part of it.

I noticed his chinstrap is adjusted pretty loose. Probably prefers it that way. Very rare a helmet pops off, but the hit didn't seem dirty or anything.

I kinda hate that it was a penalty TBH. Helmets will touch. It's unavoidable sometimes. LB didn't lead with it or lower to spear or anything, but more with his front chest IIRC. Cool to see Fields' already aware of a "simple correction he missed (bec going for double move deep to Ridley)" in postgame presser.

This O-line has no heart at all. I'm surprised they didn't shake that guy's hand after he nearly killed JF.
Arlington hamburglar walked back towards the defenders after a second. He might have congratulated them on the hit

Looked like a slide protection to the left which leaves a hot defender. Feilds missed him.

It’s on the whole coaching staff. He shouldn’t be out there with 3rd stringers. He is the future

Yeah contrast this with Trubs who liked to blame everyone but himself for his fuck ups.

He was gonna take a hit like that eventually.

I'm actually glad it happened early on and he was completely fine. Can't play in the NFL scared.
