He's been playing great off the bench for a while now. But with MacDonald deemed the more complete player and Rolfe clearly team MVP, there was no spot for him. And he tumbled off the face of the Earth between his hot start and his benching.

The entire team played pretty poorly last night. I doubt Oduro in or Pause out would have changed that.
Time to move on to next season. Klopas has the team in the right direction, we just need to keep building on that.
Although if Friedrich isn't resigned heads need to roll.

Agreed, the team as a whole was just playing poorly, one player wouldn't have made a large enough difference.
Definitely in the right direction, at least we can say we made it again, albeit a short stay.
